As an introduction, I am the Director of Supply Management - Logistics (and
a few other things) at Bostik.  I work with Bill Ferk - Manager of
Warehousing/Distribution (and a few other things).  The purpose of this
note is to offer my sincere appreciation for the excellence in service and
agility provided by Advanced Distribution.

Other than a brief recent conversation over the phone, we haven't had the
opportunity to meet.  I do however hear a great deal about all the support
you and your organization provides Bostik.  The feedback comes from a
number of sources and thought you and your organization should know it does
not go unnoticed.

We had no intent of our mutual business reaching the levels it has.  The
merger of three Bostik plants into the one Conyers location has and
continues to give us unplanned challenges.  We know all to well that such
unplanned growth and change is not always easy to accommodate.  The staff
at Advanced Distribution absorbed and managed our inventory and product
flow in what seemed like an effortless manner, allowing us to focus our
attention on much greater needs within manufacturing.  I realize it was no
doubt far from effortless, but you never let whatever AD issue there may
have been become Bostik's.

Please accept and extend a very heart felt "Thank you" to all your staff at
Advanced Distribution for supporting the Bostik growth (and likely
confusion) in such a professional manner.

Dear Chris,

Barry Orr from Bamco Supply (#28670)  just called me about the Atlanta
warehouse. I will quote " I don't know why you moved to your new
warehouse but they are far superior to your old warehouse.  They are polite
and always smiling.  I have been in about 5 times. They are always
working.  Four times my order was waiting for me.  The one time it was not,
they stopped everything picked my order and loaded me up……They are a
great warehouse and I wanted the appropriate people to know."

I wanted to take a minute to advise you and your team of the positive feedback
I received today from the Yeast business unit today.  Due to some issues in
North Carolina at a warehouse, we had the opportunity to have Jerry Mullins
from Yeast come and audit your facility as close to unannounced and audit the
current yeast product in stock.  The feedback in a simple word was outstanding.  
Jerry commented to everyone that he had not seen a warehouse so well
organized, clean and in general fantastic to work with.  Comments were made
about the product being easy to see and audit as well as stacked properly and
in neat rows.

Chris- it makes me extremely happy to hear such positive comments from our
business unit partners that rely on Advanced Distribution to provide first class
warehousing which protects the integrity of the Cargill product stored regardless
of type, food grade or otherwise.
